 Located within the quiet grounds near the Farmhouse, the Cottage has beautiful views of the surrounding landscape and makes you feel like your living in the country. Offering all the comforts of a spacious, self contained, traditional French Cottage, La Charouffie being close to the town centre gives you the best of both worlds.
An ideal spot to enjoy your holiday in France or if you need a central base for house hunting!

The Cottage benefits form radiators and air conditioning  and a bonus for those out of season breaks. A woodburner has been recently installed - a focal point for the room.

Outside

The grounds are mainly laid to lawn with a range of trees and shrubs and are open to all guests.
They include on site parking, barbeque, alarmed swimming pool which is fenced and an outside shower and WC. The entire property lies off a very quiet lane on the edge of Riberac. The town centre with its range of bars, restaurants, shops and other amenities is no more than ¾ of a mile.
